Reincarnators (aka "second chance children" or "second chancers") are well taken care of because they're considered a sign of the goddess's favor/trust, but they don't get cheat skills so they (usually) aren't worshipped or anything. Character Details Age 22 Hair/Eyes Shades of dusty brown from nearly black to cream. Amber eyes. Height/Weight About the size of a large dog if you don't count her wingspan and tail. Weight Around 120 pounds. Feels light for her size (thanks, hollow bones). Notable Traits Extremely fluffy dragon thing?! The fluff is feathers, not fur. Her voice sounds like it was slightly (and badly) autotuned— melodic but also kind of flat. 15 Second Summary Iris is a second chance child whose tentative requests for reincarnating included not being reborn as a human if at all possible. Thankfully, her new world's religion has a thing about not second-guessing their goddess's choice of guardians for reincarnated kids, so when a noble family found a bedraggled baby feather duster in their gardens there was only a little bit of a fuss over them adopting her. She can initially seem cold (can you say defending yourself in high society?) but once convinced it's safe or appropriate to put down the Proper Manners is quietly whimsical and largely easy-going. FURTHER TO BE DETERMINED, she's a new oc, she's gonna change as I figure her voice out. Abilities & Permissions Abilities Big ambush predator stats! High speed/strength/stealth. Her feathers are like an owl's, so she's quiet. Can secrete venom in her saliva; it causes mild paralysis/sleepiness and makes you kind of drunk. Too much triggers what is basically sleep paralysis, complete with weird hallucinations/dreams. Her voice can manipulate other people's emotional states if they can hear it or feel the vibrations from it. The default setting encourages infatuation/suggestibility (think charm spell), but can trigger other reactions. This effect is usually kept sealed via an enchanted ribbon worn around her neck. Permissions My only real limits are that I can't play out outright noncon or dubcon characters would regret later, and I'd prefer to avoid loving descriptions of certain kinds of torture (eye, mouth, or finger trauma). If things are getting intense one way or another I would also like to be in contact! Sensing There's a reincarnated human soul in there! It's been slightly modified to be compatible with her body, with traces of holy fingerprints left over from that. It's also got the equivalent of a "this book belongs to X" label, with the "X" being something big and emphatically life/chaos aspected. Unless stated otherwise, she is always wearing an enchanted ribbon around her neck. The spell on it works by cancelling out all but certain frequencies of sound— specifically, the range used for speaking with a decent degree of tone/inflection. (This is why her voice sounds flat.) Her body is made up of magic that has basically been condensed and convinced it's actually flesh and blood, and she's constantly pulling in free wisps of magic from her surroundings and incorporating them into herself. ...sheee is actually not a dragon at all, but a kind of demon! SURPRISE. Characters familiar with succubi/incubi/etc. will probably notice some similarities, even if she's not the "flavor" they're used to.
